In order to ensure an optimal personal training experience, I train my clients in a state of the art facility fully equipped with: Cardio/aerobic training equipment, Strength/anaerobic training equipment, Fitballs, Kettle bells,  Plyometric Boxes, TRX Supsension Trainers, the Total Gym, Reebok Step Boards, Therabands, and more.  For your convenience you will also have FIRST CLASS LOCKER ROOMS with showers, a steam room, hairdryers, curling irons, ironing boards for your convenience.
